RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items returned in original packaging intact and with receipt with a postmark less than 21-days after the delivery date will be credited at the item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including shipping and handling). 

Resin items take 7- 10 days before shipping.
The items are custom ordered so, they get some flexibility in the color selection and they are shipped 7-10 days later.
